[LIVE] The DAY TRADING Morning Show 9:00 - 9:30am ET with Ross Cameron

all right so it's about uh
9:02 and as I'm sitting here I'm looking
at the scans we've got a little bit of
action this morning things are sort of
jumping around
whlr wheeler Real Estate Investment
Trust actually easy to borrow uh float
is relatively low because of the reverse
split but then the 200 moving average is
at 10 bucks so that's kind of
a uh it's a resistance point we're right
underneath that daily resistance level
ARB is our second leading gapper this
one's a little cheaper uh although
yesterday if you you recall we had a
cheaper stock uh that gave us some good
action so I initially I kind of thought
well maybe I should watch an a Reb but
it popped up here and rejected which I
didn't think looked very good and now
it's just below vwap so it just doesn't
look that great ATI third leading gapper
little lighter on volume as well at
a170 you know at this point again a
stock under volume weight average price
so just not positioned quite right for a
momentum trade rclf just popped up uh it
just hit the scanner went to $15 a share
and two minutes later it's back at 13
so this uh looks like it was maybe a
spack a special acquisition company yeah
it is a rose Cliff acquisition Corp
but uh not holding up uh well and it
already had this day where it made a big
move so it feels like now it's kind of
On The Backs side of that move anyways
I'd rather trade something that's a bit
more fresh although yesterday icct was
also one of the um one of the better
stocks and this one is not fresh right
this one had its Big Move although it
was first daily candle to make a new
high which is a nice
setup so anyway there was a nice move on
whlr or sorry um icct yesterday but
today I I don't see anything on that
although it makes me think of VFS VFS
Vietnamese vinfast electric vehicle
Company still just kind of selling off
you know got that move up to $93 a share
now it's back at
21 it's not it hasn't bounced yet uh
it's just kind of going lower pulling
back so yeah I don't know sometimes it's
worth watching these uh for when they do
bounce but it's not bouncing yet so no
reason to uh take a lot of risk and jump
on that until it shows a sign of turning
around snx moving up the scan right
here popped up pulled
back uh Apple I don't trade that that's
not a small cap stock it would take a
lot of capital to try to trade
that
hkit a lot of times when you see these
sell-offs uh they don't and especially
when it's in the Chinese names they
don't bounce very well so not that
interested in that at the moment yeah I
could be wrong
maybe we do get a bounce but it's up 20%
today yesterday it sold off uh pretty
hard so has a hard sell off now it's
basically flat you know at four bucks
that's the daily chart it's pretty
pretty ma
bad so uh reminder tomorrow is going to
be the last day of the live day trading

is when I make the most money trading so
these next six months there is a window
of opportunity and I need to capitalize
on it and I also want to focus on our

a short week I know some people are a
little thrown off by that but today

data we could display it but it would

level two data and ultimately where I'm
looking at level two data and clicking
is where my buy button is and we're not
going to integrate so you're trading
through this because I don't think those
Integrations are really the best I think
it's always better just to trade
directly through your platform through
your broker I know there's people that
like to use these sort of third party
layers but um I I've never really been a
fan of
them so yep you'll be able to use the

charts for the whole day it's not just
the morning show those of you guys that

like okay so uh again back to the top of
the Gap scanner whlr up
98% right now it's under the 200 moving
average so I just don't feel like it's
perfectly set

it it's it's a bit hard for me to trust
because we don't know how many bag
holders there are who are going to be
selling we've got about 15 minutes to

to anything so if you choose something
that's fine if you don't it's also
fine I'll keep uploading uh periodic

hkit uh nice move there
so could have jumped in right there at
75 did not we got to move up to five
498 let's see how well it holds up in
this
area is it going to go
higher it
could my first trade earlier was on
Grom uh this
one we got a move here up to eight I was
up uh $800 on it but then it dropped in
this candle 70 cents and I went red on
it so down ,500 on
gr was my first red trade of the
month hkit did you see that level two
how it just dropped to 67 so all of a
sudden there was a pin sell order there
it got bought up but that just tells me
there's people that are you know there's
some people that are dumping those
shares
roben while you might may find other
people who are streaming you are
unlikely to find anyone streaming who
has made as much as me and who has
verified those gains this is the problem
in this industry there's a lot of people
who stream but you've got to be careful
what kind of information you consume
because if you spend all your time
learning from someone who doesn't even
make money how much is that even really
worth uh and by the way um this is the
latest article that I published on
entrepreneur which you guys can check
out I'll post paste this
here good losers are made not
born you have to train yourself to be a
good
loser the best losers will be the best
Traders because you have to get really
good at ruthlessly cutting your losses
letting them go you do not hold and Hope
you cut it and move
on so for principles for cutting your
losses before it's too
late and uh for this article I uh tied
in some business um components for the
entrepreneur
readers
Okay so we've got about 13 minutes to
the opening

so the um the twoe trial you really
should sign up by Sunday night so I
would do it by Sunday night at the
latest but you know if you want to sign
up now you could watch classes are part
of that two-e trial over the weekend so
that's fine but I won't be streaming on
YouTube next week so you really should
sign up at least by Sunday night that
way you can be logged in Monday morning
and you can watch me streaming uh next
week and the week
after so which is more important to me
on the level two the time in sales or
the bid in the
ass well you know it's a great question
and if you were if you had a
laser on my eye what you would see is
that my eye is looking at the
ask primarily and then I I glance at the
tape but of course I'm looking at the
ask but in my peripheral vision right
next to it I'm seeing the green on the
tape that's why my tape is colored so I
see green green green or red right so I
know the seeing the color just in my
peripheral vision I glance at the bid to
see what the spread is but I'm primarily
looking at the
ask I buy at the ask but I also sell at
the
ask I usually start streaming on the um
at Warrior trading by 8 a. sometimes
I'll start a little earlier and then I
stream until I'm done trading so if I
stream I might stream until 10: 11 12 it
depends on what's going on in the market
and how long I'm uh trading on that
particular day but we also will have
some afternoon sessions we have daily um
Q&A sessions daily Mentor sessions
typically at 11:00 a.m. we'll have some
uh I'll be hosting some special sessions
next week for uh for all of you
guys yeah and you can you can use this
um this platform on your browser on your
phone it's not a native app but you can
launch it in a and I do all the time in
the morning to check
scans Okay so we've got nine minutes to
the opening bell I wish I saw something
to trade right now it does anyone see
anything that looks good because right
now I'm not seeing a
thing
uh I do have um a course on options and
swing trading which you guys would be
welcome uh to
watch that well it's part of our
curriculum but you'd be welcome to watch
it if you're a
member I don't think we have um I don't
think any of those classes are included
in the twoe uh trial they're not as
they're not as popular I mean I have
them and I I trade options and I have
some long positions that I hold but
that's not what most people are coming
here
for most people are looking for the
stocks that are going to go up 50 to
100% in one
day and you're looking for someone with
10 plus years of experience to be that
first base coach saying okay this is
what we've got this is what we're
looking at this is what I see on the
tape this is what the news is this is
where I'm buying this is where I'm
getting out Etc
2023 is not been as good of a year as
2021 or 2022 you're not alone in feeling
that
way but this is also part of trading
that not every year is just
progressively better and better and
better and
better some years are slower than
others
okay we've got about seven and a half
minutes the opening
bell
rclf it's just weird how rclf had that
rejection candle back
down yeah and you know look I could
stream I could set up a membership only
um you know Community here on YouTube
but realistically I I already have
everything set up to do that at Warrior
Trading so that's just where we host
it so kind of watching rclf
here got a 1300 share starter on that I
want to see if this squeezes up to
15 there's
1490 if we can break through $15 a share
then we're breaking through that flat
top so I'll put another order for, 1500
shares up here to
add added to 87 there you go there's
$15.60 there's
$555 so that's a spot to take a little
profit and then the New Order is at
1560 added at 1548 now looking for $16 a
share wow that thing really opened up
there's
1643 I I didn't expect it to open up
like that but you just never
know so holding right now and watching
over the next level of
1650 high this candle
1646 got a partial fill there at
1650 New Order I guess it's going to be
at $17 a
share so let's watch
17 that's that's a two-point breakout on
this so all of a sudden added right
there at 17 there's
1770 New Order is going to be
18 all of a sudden just like that we've
got something that's really squeezing up
we've got some
action so 1649 on the
ask taking the profit holding 470
shares watching for a dip you just never
know guys like that's the thing you just
never know when you're going to get a
pop like
that I only got relatively small size on
it buying the dip
at450 bought that dip down there now
looking for the pop back up to 1525
1550 so so watching over
1525 looking for that first candle to
make a new high
there's
1495 15 on the
ask holding 400 shares
470 about $2,600 of profit on that one
for me watching the ad down here still
looking for the break over uh 15 added
500 shares at,
1450 let's see if this pops back no so
flat on that at
1420 what's interesting here is it's not
really I I thought it would spring back
up
but I guess we'll see that went all the
way up to
17

there well good job for those you guys
that got green on
that I gave back about 600 off the
top so I added and then what I did on
this was I kept adding so I was adding
at half dollars and whole dollar
taking then took some profit as it was
going up was still holding a position
added as it was dipping it flushes more
added again thinking it was going to
bounce back up I would say right in here
it feels like it's starting to curl
added at
75 so now I'm looking for that curl back
through
15 there's 1502
1540 so a little profit on
that so I I was a little early on my ad
but I'm in right now at
1475 so the high of this candle is uh
$16 a
share so I'm up over a dollar a share
here what time is it it's
9:27 so we've got two and a half minutes
to the opening
bell so now you've got this pop back up
the high was 16
1594 if we break through 16 then all of
a sudden we're looking going to move
back up towards
17 stop is break even on the
rest you know it's annoying because you
don't you don't always get a big move
like this and then when you do and
you're not able to fully capitalize on
it feels kind of disappointing
you know stock goes up $2 a share I'm
only up $2,000 on
it but reminder as always that trading
is risky my results even though they're
nothing super impressive today are not
typical so manage your risk and practice
in a simulator before you put real money
on the line take it
slow
so you see 1480 on the ask and then back
to Flat break
even so held that last position to see
if it was going to go back to 18 but got
stopped out
flat DBI hitting the scans um floats a
little higher so these scanners this is
like my radar this is how I find stocks
that are moving if I did not have
this I would be
blind this to me I mean I've made
millions of dollars trading and this
simple
tool I mean this is this is where I find
every one of those trades so you know
for you guys who are using tools that
you're not using the right
tools well I think you're making it
harder uh than it needs to
be and anyone can trade pre-market you
you're that's um it's misconception that
only some people can do that anyone can
trade
premarket oh my goodness there's the
open I got distracted
