>> Hey folks, Nick Valdez here for Verified
Investing Chief Crypto Strategist and we
have Bitcoin rejecting off the level
that I gave you earlier this week and
reiterated on yesterday. It rejected
beautifully folks to a T and we're going
to look at Ethereum also hitting our
levels and of course we're going to look
at some of the other top altcoins. We're
going to look at XRP, Solana,
Hyperliquid, Cardano and we'll revisit
the Ondo chart from yesterday and we
have a crypto stock. In fact, we have
two of them and one of them at a very
critical level. In fact, a level I might
go ahead and nibble in on a trade and
I'll show you my setups and I'll show
you exactly where I would take profit on
this one folks. But again, it's a Friday
episode. If you're wondering, "Where's
the tie?" Hey, it's casual Friday baby.
We're getting it ready to head into the
weekend and you know crypto likes to get
real volatile on the weekends because of
that low liquidity. So be careful and so
it's a very important we look at these
setups. But without further ado, let's
go look at the major movers everybody.
We're going to start with the Bitcoin
chart of course.
And this is the level and I I almost
hate repeating myself at this point cuz
again, we we established the channel
right here, right here. You extend it
out. We have a nice bounce. We have a
nice bounce. We have a nice rejection.
Look at these candle closes. This could
not hit more perfectly and also earlier
in the week, I gave you this ascending
level. I said, "Hey, you need to keep an
eye on this for a potential area for
Bitcoin to find a nice little support
zone." And that's just starting at that
same pivot low and we interact slightly
here, but mostly it was intersecting
with this and then wow, look at that.
That's where we really established this.
So, this was going to be on Thursday,
Wednesday, Tuesday. Tuesday we were
talking about this level. And if you
continue to extend this out, it looks
like the daily close is trying to
perhaps interact with this zone, but we
still have 6 hours, 6 and 1/2 hours
before this daily close. So, keep an eye
out on this. If we can hold support,
well then guess what? We're going to be
knocking on this door of the top of this
parallel channel, and the more we knock
on this door, the more likely we're
going to have that nice move to the
upside.
And this is a downward sloping channel.
And so, you know, not exactly
uh a bearish scenario, but you know,
this isn't definitely the most bullish
setup either. A lot of people are going
to look at this and see a bull flag
setup, and you know what? It's pretty
close, folks. I'll give you that
argument, especially when you look at
the weeklies.
And you just see a nice little uh
potentially a somewhat of a wedge
pattern. If you go from this wick to the
candle bodies, definitely have a
flag-ish setup. Now, let's look at
Ethereum. I said these key levels are
hitting beautifully. Well, what do you
know? Look at that falling wedge. I told
you a rising wedge. Now the price is
falling. I told you look look, this is
uh statistically slightly bearish. This
wasn't the most bearish chart. Really,
it was going to be a a better trade
setup once we got close to this $2,000
level. But what was the other level I
was giving you? Type it in the chat if
you know what we're talking about.
That's that 1930 level, technically
1929. There's a lot of activity in this
range. We've talked about it in the
past. There's activity in '22, 2021. So,
this is a level going back years, and in
crypto space, going back years, that's
like going back decades. That's like
going back centuries even. So, let's go
back to the ETH chart.
And you can see, well, price did reject
off this level that we have been
monitoring for a long time. So, what is
the level that I'm looking at for
potential support? Well, it's the other
level that we were covering way back
when, where we talked about that
February 6th pivot low. and what do you
know, the candle bodies were not able to
close above this range. That gave us our
target zone. This gave us our
this point support zone. Let me stretch
this Y axis. We'll continue to run this
out. So, keep an eye on this level. I
wouldn't be surprised if price activity
stalls at this point and maybe finds a
nice little relief bounce. Now, let's go
over to Solana.
Solana, hey, maybe we're seeing a
downward wedge. Now, this one's still
very early. There's not a lot of price
activity. I would like a little bit of a
cleaner wedge setup, but you do have
your tops. You have your tops here, and
you have a pretty clear bottom channel.
And now we're at 18 days where we have
interacted with both sides of this
slightly downward facing wedge. Now, a
down wedge or downward sloping wedge is
statistically slightly bullish, but it's
not the most bullish setup. I'll give
you that. However, I'm seeing a little
bit of a flag setup. And if you look
right here, we have a little bit of our
flag pennant. And we would have a
technical target. Boy, oh boy, do I love
my confluence. This is going to be right
around $96, and that's going to be the
pivot top here. We tried to shoot above
right here in in May. Was not able to
shoot above, and now it's given us our
just clean zone. So, keep an eye out on
this for a bullish breakout on Solana.
Now again, we might crab around in this
range for a while. We might continue to
reject off this parallel channel. Folks,
this is running out of time.
But I mean, you can see this this one
could pinch for a little bit. Although,
if we if it's anything like ETH, maybe
that move's going to happen sooner than
you think. But holding support here is
key. Now, I'm not guaranteeing we're
going to hold support, but as of now,
the bulls are maintaining the level for
Solana. Now, let's jump over to XRP.
We have a another setup. We have just a
little support area here. This is the
descending trend line. Price pushed down
June 15th, price pushed down again.
Tried to break below. And what do you
know? We have a bottoming tail. Now,
bottoming tail is definitely better when
it's at the bottom, like more so of a
bottom, not just a a recent local low.
That would be one right here. And what
do you know? This has been the low for
XRP's price. And how long are we looking
at here? We have not gone below this in
35 days. So, a secondary, you know, not
quite as bullish, but still slightly
bullish bottoming tail here in a nice
little bounce. Now, it does look like
price tried to come down, revisit. So,
keep an eye out on this for your upward
resistance. This is going to be
lowering. We talked about this as the
114. Well, if you go to today, now it's
113 and 88 cents. It goes down slightly
and slightly, and eventually it'll be at
112.
And what do they say about 112? 112,
that's where the players dwell. I had to
throw out the Biggie reference, folks. I
I It was on the tip of my tongue. I was
like, "If I'm going to do a Biggie
reference, I need to do it now." Let me
know down below real quickly, who's
better, Tupac or Biggie? It's Biggie,
folks. It's def It's 100% Biggie. But,
let's get back to the charts. I digress.
I could talk '90s hip-hop forever. Uh
looking at the XLM, we're still holding
this level of support. So, XLM starting
to look pretty good here.
Uh hey, what do you know? Could have
another potential bottoming tail. Now,
again, it is better to be at the more of
a a 52-week low or multi-month low.
It's not quite where we're at at this
point.
But, this is a low that we have not seen
for 65 days. So, I I'll give you an
argument that, "Hey, this is a quite a
bullish setup." And we do have our
resistance level, which is going to be
the pivot top here. And we also rejected
there, and also rejected there. And we
might just reject right near 18 cents,
but I have it about 18 and a quarter.
So, 18.25
cents, everybody. Let's look over at
Cardano. Folks, get your comments in.
and I might have time to throw in one
other altcoin.
Stop Stop forcing ADA. No one Hey, don't
hate it. Don't date it. Just trade it,
folks.
And looking at that, it is still
continuing to try to break out of that
resistance line. Let's go over to
Hyperliquid. Is HBAR coming back? I tell
you what, I'll pull up HBAR.
Hyperliquid, this is a strong project.
If you think Cardano is a weak project,
hey, I'll go ahead and probably agree
with you when it comes to fundamentals.
But Hyperliquid, that is a strong
project. And I said, "What is the bat
signal?" We are looking for bullish
divergences. Typically, it does reverse
at the bull divs on the 4-hour. We have
nice little bull div here. We have a
nice little bull div here. And if we go
to the bottom
of this channel, I mean, this one's not
quite there. That was a huge huge run up
there. But hey, what do you know, we
have a nice little bull div there on the
4-hour. So, once you see that, that's
when you can start talking about a
position. I've seen a lot of people
trying to get in a little early on
Hyperliquid. I'm still waiting for a
retest of the bottom of this parallel
channel.
And you could make an argument 50 is
going to be a strong psychological
level. I wouldn't be surprised if buyers
rush in at $50. Cuz when it was trading
near 80,
you know, getting it at $50 is going to
seem like a pretty significant discount.
Let's revisit what we did yesterday with
Ondo, everybody. Ondo, man. Well, what
do you know?
It hit our level perfectly. Now, we do
have RSI starting to stall out slightly.
Let's go ahead and slide that away. This
is the level we were looking at. We
said, "Hey, little push down here,
little push down here."
Price rejected from this area. We tried
to We closed slightly above, but then
upon open, Ondo just starting to dump.
So, we did come and retest the neckline.
So, if we have a higher low, game on,
though. Sorry, I had to do another pun.
I had to do another dad joke, but if we
revisit this neckline, you know, maybe
that could be a little bit of relief
bounce, but we will be looking at a
lower low on that one. Now, I did say
you type in some I'll look at it real
quick.
Let's look at HBAR. Uh a little hack
here. One of the easier ways to find it,
you could type in Hedera, but we we
didn't have to scroll too far here.
What are we looking at on HBAR? HBAR
long long-term falling wedge. We did
semi you know, basically come revisit
this.
Uh HBAR just not too much here. We do
have it looks like a little bit of a
trend line
capping the rallies.
And so, now we have a wedge within the
wedge. All right. So, we have a little
double wedgie here. So, if you're a nerd
in high school, hopefully I didn't
trigger you with any kind of trauma
there, but
uh looking at this, we are going to run
out of space towards the end of August,
beginning of September. HBAR, you know,
technically in a a slightly bullish
setup. I just hate seeing lower lows and
lower lows. And if you look back, I
mean, HBAR used to be much much higher
price. I do remember looking at some
bottom
Yeah, I mean, that that is a a scary
target right there.
If we hit that, this is very significant
decline. I'm not saying it's going to
come to this level, but, you know, if if
all bets are off and we see a total
Bitcoin collapse, I'm definitely looking
at that 50 cent psychological level to
for HBAR. Now, I said we're going to
look at a couple crypto stocks. All
right. So, what stocks are we going to
look at? We're not going to look at
MicroStrategy. We're going to look at
Circle, which could potentially be a
hidden gem, everybody. Now, we're still
waiting for the Clarity Act to give a
little bit more clarity to the crypto
space. But before we look at that, let's
look at Coinbase. I was in a Coinbase
trade. It was a little hectic,
everybody. I was I was trading on a
crypto platform that had some It was
I got to throw it out there. It was It
was Bitfinex. We might start working
with Bitbase though pretty soon. And I
was able to catch near the bottom. Look
at Coinbase coming up to this very
strong support. Now, this is the daily
chart we're looking at. So, let me go to
the 1-hour. You can see that price
activity. So, I scalped that one. I am
out of it. Maybe I should have held on.
That was one that I I put in a little
bit of an entry too soon. I had some
extra targets. Again, you know, only
putting about 10% of the trade, 10% of
the trade. And so, I was I just scalped
that one. Going live, I don't want to
hold these trades, you know, especially
if you're trading with a little bit of
leverage. Now, let's look at this
support.
It's going to be the pivot low from
April. We have another pivot low in
February. And then we have a pivot low
in June. Now, this is April 2025, by the
way. And then February of this year,
June of this year. Came very, very
close. Also, you see this horizontal
trend line.
That's going to be a gap fill. We have
yet to go that low. So, might be a lower
target for Coinbase. If we hit this,
that's when I'm really interested in
more of a hold for the longer term. Now,
let's go into what could potentially be
the hidden gem. If we see the Clarity
Act passed, I expect big things from
Circle. Circle, Circle Internet Group.
What is Circle? They are a stablecoin
company.
People give them a billion in cash,
essentially, and then they'll spin up a
billion USDC tokens. And so, they hold
that cash and they turn it on into
blockchain currency. What do they do
with that billion dollars cash? Well,
guess what? They're buying bonds.
They're buying long-term or you know, a
lot of short-term notes, 6 months, 2
years. We are seeing interest rates
creep up higher on the 10-year. And so,
if this matriculates down, if this
trickles down, folks,
that's going to be more revenue for
Circle. So, they take this cash and they
just earn yield on it. Now, they do have
to give Coinbase a lot of yield. They
have partnerships where, hey, use our
stablecoin and we'll basically we'll
like split the pot.
So, this is I would say a very lucrative
company in the long run. And when you
look at this chart, this thing is beaten
down. Now, I wrote New York Trust
Charter. What is happening here? What's
happening? Well, they just signed a deal
with New York regulators and they got a
bank trust charter. This is going to
allow them to do banking services for
what is historically the hardest state
in the nation to get regulations passed
or to get any of these crypto licenses,
some of these banking licenses. Why? Cuz
Wall Street's based there. Wall Street
doesn't want competition. And so, the
fact they're able to get a New York
Trust Charter is very bullish. It'd be
one thing if it was Wyoming, Florida,
Texas. That's easy mode. Getting in New
York, that's where it gets difficult,
folks. And so, this is It looks like a
classic buy the rumor, sell the news.
This is probably front run by people
yesterday and now we're seeing the price
retrace. Well, the price retraced
perfectly to this pivot low here.
Pivot low here. I was looking earlier.
Look like Yeah, yeah. I was going to say
it looked like it was a lot cleaner on
some of the the one hour and the four
hour. Yeah, look at that, folks. Nice
clean bounce on the four hour chart
there. And so, looking at circle maybe
as a potential long-term hold. But, you
know, it could come sweep the lows.
Could sweep the lows like they're in
Cobra Kai, which is an awesome show, by
the way. Highly recommend it. I do
appreciate all the comments here. I'm
reading it. Hood's earnings were great.
Yeah, it looks like their mean coin
volume is really starting to pick up. Uh
chocolate. Hey, I I love all the people,
you know, showing the support, hitting
that like button.
Everything going on with XRP, I'd be
interested to see where it could go in
the long term.
Similar to gold. Ah, I don't know. See,
the thing about XRP, this would be a
good teaching lesson. XRP has a wallet
that releases a billion tokens every
single month.
Now, they claw back about 60% typically,
maybe 70%, maybe 80%, maybe 50%. They
put a lot of that back back into a
vault. And that vault is responsible for
releasing a billion tokens every month.
Now, sometimes they're only releasing
200 million, 400 million cuz they, you
know, they put some back into the vault.
But this thing drops a billion XRP
tokens every single month. They sell
those on the open market to fund
operations, and that in turn creates
lots of sell pressure. And so, that's
the opposite of what you see with hyper
liquid. Hyper liquid, their revenue
comes from people using the product. And
then they buy back their token. And
that's why this thing is, you know,
looking very bullish. This is from the
start of 2025.
XRP from the start of 2025,
it's the opposite direction, okay? Now,
let's go to January. Yeah, so this is
XRP, start of 2025. This is hyper
liquid, start of 2025. This is a company
releasing a billion tokens and selling
20, 30% on the open market. This is a
company that's locking up a percentage
of their tokens from the open market.
So, this is buy pressure versus sell
pressure, everybody. So, little just
lesson I wanted to give you folks on
XRP. Uh really like your new show, just
wish it was longer. Well, we might start
doing some longer content in September.
